Our final day in San Francisco - leaving our “home” for the past 2 weeks, our beloved GMC Acadia, and heading to SFO Airport to head back to the east coast. It is a sad day for all of us. Personally, this was one of the single greatest experiences of my life and I am so happy to have spent it with these 5 amazing people (from left to right - Jenny, Jules, Wes, Tom & Rachel). We traveled the entire country, one side to the other, in an epic trip that I will never ever forget. We filmed an amazing documentary, the footage and interviews are incredible, and I cannot wait to finally put it together to show to everyone what we found. We asked the simple question of “What does the American Dream mean to you?” to so many people all across this great country and heard some of the most unexpected and best answers ever. We met the greatest people in the world, and interacting and hearing their stories is a life-changing and amazing experience just in itself (a very added bonus to be able to record them and share them all with you). These people who we met and shared time with changed my life and I am so grateful for EVERYONE who donated and helped in any way to make this trip possible because it was better than I ever could have expected. I hope you all enjoy my (actually OUR) film “The Road Ahead of U.S.”, which will be completed by this summer! You are all the best and you have aided in a life changing experience, I am forever grateful!
